Angela is fairly distant with strangers - be mindful that she may shy away from physical affection outside of handshakes and shoulder pats, that sort of thing. But once she's friends with someone she's open to hugs, platonic smooches on the cheek, etc.

Physical Violence 🟢
You are free to attack her in any way, including causing injury up to broken bones but short of removing limbs. She has little inclination to retaliate but may attempt to subdue her attacker, attract attention for help from passerby, or flee. She will, if cornered and already wounded, retaliate to the extent of disabling her attacker, but is just as likely to offer them medical treatment afterwards.

Death 🟣
I don't want to kill her outright for no reason at all, but any scenario in which she is likely to die will - shocker - likely result in her death. Plot with me ahead of time!

Flirting 🟢
Angela often prioritizes her work but is open to relationships and will respond in a good natured way to flirting. You are free to flirt with her at will, but I cannot promise reciprocation! Courting her is an exercise in patience. She will be upfront about her desire or lack thereof once the flirting starts.

Romance 🟣
I play Angela as bisexual! If the chemistry is there, I am more than happy to talk about romance. I will probably want to be in good contact with you outside of the game context also in order to keep expectations and communication clear and open. Especially if we intend to go down the route of...

Sexual Contact 🟣
I play Angela as fairly distant and formal, relaxing and opening up the closer she gets with people. It would take a staggering amount of positive CR to initiate this kind of relationship and I personally am OPEN TO but STRUGGLE WITH smut. Don't let this discourage your character from seeking a sexual relationship with Angela, but the chemistry and established CR absolutely HAS to be there first!

Psychic Interactions 🟣
Barring direct mind control or lasting psychological changes she cannot combat, the answer is actually go for it. If in doubt, ask me directly.

Magic Interactions 🟣
Similar to above, barring direct control or injury outside of what is detailed in the Physical Violence section - go for it. When in doubt, ask me directly.

Medical Interactions 🟢
If she is in a situation where she cannot tend to herself and your character would like to attempt treatment up to and including surgical procedures, as long as they acquire IC consent in the thread I am down for anything. If she is not lucid or able to respond, consider this the go ahead to save her life.

Angela comes with a lot of medical mentions, obviously. I will usually keep details short and suggestive rather than, well, detailed. I will always check your permissions and adjust for personal preferences. I will always add CW on request. Do not hesitate to approach me, I cannot stress that enough - I can't change what I don't know is a problem.

As for her own triggers and squicks, she has seen quite a lot and is fazed by very little but can get easily riled up with regards to war, murder, death, and especially parental death. She may judge harshly if she perceives your character to be militaristic in nature or cruel to others.

Gentle reminder that IC is not OOC and Angela's opinions, thoughts, and statements written in character do not necessarily reflect my own. Angela has extreme views on pacifism at times and her idea of healing and what constitutes as damage to be repaired can be abrasive to disabled characters - she is inclined to offer medical solutions to things that your character might not see as a problem. She is also constantly pushing for growth and positive change in characters that she sees struggling.

If you need me to back off on IC fussing, meddling, and pushing - you need to tell me OOCly. You need to contact me on discord (raddestshiba) or by PM to this journal or even ANY journal you know is connected to my name.

My tagging speed is anywhere from "immediately responds" to "it's been 3 weeks." This is due to chronic health issues and constant fatigue. I will always appreciate backtags - it has never been too long for you to respond.

However! If I encounter delays that cause me to not be able to tag for 3-4 weeks - which has happened in the past but is hopefully going to be rare as I refine my mental and physical health - I may be forced to drop threads to regain momentum, and I am extremely sorry about that. Rest assured I am doing everything I can to avoid this scenario.

If I ever seem to have dropped something you need/want continued, please please please contact me and let me know, I will prioritize getting back to that thread in a heartbeat.
